surveillance system is used to protect the people and the property of employees and visitors of the swimming pool and camp facilities, and to protect the public property of the municipality against vandalism and destruction:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">on municipality facilities (swimming pool, restaurant, camp).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><b>Legal basis for personal data processing<\/b>: e) point 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation in connection with Articles 76, 77, and 78 of the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><b>Justification of legitimate interests<\/b>: \/<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><b>Users<\/b> or <b>categories of users of personal data, if any<\/b>: Based on explicit request, users who have the right to obtain personal data based on legislation (e.g. the police), an individual\u2019s personal consent, or a contractual relationship.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><b>Information on transfers of personal data to third countries or international organizations<\/b>: Data is not transferred to third countries or international organizations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><b>Period of personal data storage<\/b>: Video surveillance recordings are kept for 14 days from the moment of recording.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Information on the existence of individual rights to request access to personal data, or the correction, deletion or restriction of personal data, or the existence of the right to object to the processing and the right to data portability:<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In terms of personal data processing, individuals have the right to access, the right to rectification, the right to deletion (\u201cright to be forgotten\u201d), the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of personal data. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Information on the right to withdraw consent in cases when processing is based on consent:<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Processing is not based on the consent of the data subject. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Information on:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">whether providing personal data<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b> is a legal or contractual obligation:<\/b><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">No<\/span><i> <\/i><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">whether<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>the individual must provide personal data,
