General Conditions of Radovljica Camp and Pool – THE MUNICIPALITY OF RADOVLJICA
Legal provisions
The vendor or provider of the service, the Municipality of Radovljica, as well as the subjects and persons working for the Municipality of Radovljica (hereinafter: the Municipality) strive with the utmost care to provide accurate and up-to-date data on their website. Notwithstanding, no responsibility is assumed for any potential inaccuracies or incompleteness of data.
All website users use the published information at their own risk. Neither the Municipality nor any other legal or natural person involved in the creation and production of this website is responsible for potential damage due to access, use or inability to use the information on this website or for potential errors or deficiencies in the content.
The term ‘Guest’ in these General Terms and Conditions covers all users of the Municipality’s website and visitors to all areas within the Municipality. All information and pictures on the website of the Municipality are, to the extent permitted by law, protected by copyright and other forms of intellectual property rights. Documents published on this website may only be reproduced for non-commercial purposes, whereby all stated warnings about copyright or other rights must be retained and must not be copied, reproduced or in any way disseminated for commercial purposes.
The Municipality has the right to use the trade and service marks that appear on this website. The Municipality reserves the right to change the content of this website at any time, in any manner and without prior notification. It assumes no responsibility for any consequences of such changes.
The General Terms for purchase or on-line booking constitute a contract. In cases of on-line booking, it shall be deemed that the Guest has read these General Terms and Conditions and accepts them.
Protection and use of personal data
The Municipality shall protect all data acquired on the Guest in accordance with the valid Slovenian and European legislation.
By stating their electronic address (hereinafter: e-mail address), the Guest agrees to receive occasional notifications via electronic mail (hereinafter: e-mail) by the Municipality.
Capacity reservations
The Municipality offers the following:
- Pitch rental at the Radovljica Camp and Pool
- Rental of space that is not divided into lots or the campsite at the Radovljica Camp and Pool
- Overnight parking at the Radovljica Camp and Pool
The Municipality offers the option of direct booking on the website, whereby guests enter their credit card data as a guarantee. Following confirmation of a booking, the Municipality accepts the following credit cards: Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Diners. A valid credit card is needed to guarantee a booking.
The credit card serves as a guarantee of a Guest’s arrival. In the event of a non-arrival or booking cancellation, the Guest’s credit card is charged with the amount in accordance with the cancellation conditions, about which the Guest is also notified via the stated e-mail address.
For the booking of a PITCH or LAND THAT IS NOT DIVIDED INTO LOTS or OVERNIGHT PARKING at the Radovljica Camp and Pool, an advance payment of 30% of the entire service (costs of accommodation unit) is necessary. Within 3 days of the submitted booking, the Municipality charges the Guest’s credit card with the sum. Following the transaction, the Guest receives an official confirmation of the booking via e-mail, along with a transaction confirmation. Advance payment is subtracted from the final amount at the time of check-out or service payment.
If the credit card cannot be charged with the aforementioned amount, the Guest’s booking will not be addressed/confirmed. Resale of the accommodation space in the camp to third parties is prohibited.
In the event of issues in relation to entering of the credit card data, guests should contact the Municipality’s booking team via email, stating the desired date, number of persons and unit type, to the e-mail address: info@camping-radovljica.com. The booking team will respond with further information about the booking process.
When the final step in the on-line booking system is finished, the Guest receives – at the stated email address – an automatic booking confirmation or instructions for potential further processes. If the Guest does not receive the confirmation by e-mail, the booking status can be checked by emailing the Municipality’s booking service at: info@camping-radovljica.com.
The purchase process or on-line booking
During the purchase process, guests must choose and/or enter the following information:
- Choice of accommodation type
- Arrival and departure dates
- Number of persons
In addition, guests must enter the requested personal and credit card details, then complete a review of the chosen booking.
Once the booking/purchase has been completed, a confirmation is sent to the Guest’s e-mail address. Guests receive an invoice at the reception desk of the Radovljica Camp and Pool following the finished final service. Guests may access the booking system at various steps, whereby some criteria of the booking are already selected based on the chosen permissions for the use of cookies.
Technical means that enable identification and error correction prior to submission of the order/booking
Prior to submitting the booking, the Guest may do the following via the graphic user interface:
- see and review the services they wish to purchase.
- see and review the prices of individual services and the total price of the entire chosen service based on the selected number of persons, unit type and package or price list.
- change the chosen number of persons, number of units and/or unit type, package or price list and calculate the new price according to the amended choices.
- change the chosen payment method (where available).
By accepting the final confirmation, the Guest submits the order to the Municipality. The system automatically sends an order receipt confirmation to the Guest’s email address. If the entered e-mail is incomplete or incorrect, the Guest will not receive a confirmation. In such cases, the Guest should contact the Municipality’s booking service to check the validity of the booking, by sending an e-mail to: info@camping-radovljica.com.
Order
The submitted booking is kept in an electronic format on the information system server. The Guest receives an automatic notification by email containing the booking content or confirmation of credit card charging as advance payment. It is recommended that the Guest saves the received notification and submits it at check-in on the day of arrival.
Prices, package and service descriptions
All prices are in EUR, include VAT, and are valid at the time of confirmation of a booking. The Municipality reserves the right to change the prices, written text and content description without prior notification. All services are charged according to the prices that are valid on the day of service use. All pictures are symbolic and do not always entirely convey the actual state.
Booking cancellation
Guests are entitled to a refund of an advance payment by sending a written cancellation as follows:
- Up to 30 days before arrival: 90% of the advance payment
- Up to 21 days before arrival: 60% of the advance payment
- Up to 14 days before arrival: 40% of the advance payment
- Up to 8 days before arrival: 20% of the advance payment
- From 7 days up to 1 day prior to arrival, advance payment is not refunded
If a booking is cancelled in July and August less than 1 day prior to arrival (or on the day of arrival), the entire agreed amount of the booked nights of up to 3 days is charged.
In the event of a booking change or a cancellation of a guest’s own volition or due to force majeure and without the existence of reasons relating to the Municipality based on incorrectly implemented service, the Guest has no right to demand any damages or price reductions. Guests must send a written notice (in written form or by email) of cancellation to the address of the accommodation booked or to the Municipality’s booking service.
Booking cancellation in the event of force majeure
The Municipality also reserves the right to define different change and cancellation conditions according to circumstances. Guests must be notified about these changes prior to conclusion of the booking process.
An event is considered an act of force majeure if it was caused prior to a booking and was not foreseeable or avoidable.
By submitting appropriate proof, the Guest is entitled to free cancellation in the event of the following circumstances: death, accident or unexpected deterioration of health of the Guest or their close relative(s).
Guests must send a written confirmation of cancellation of a booking, including appropriate proof, to the e-mail address: info@camping-radovljica.com.
Bad weather does not constitute a force majeure.
Early departure
In the event of an early departure, the Municipality has the right to charge the entire amount of the booked service.
Reception hours
Reception is open every day from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM during summer from 1st July to 31st August. From 1st September to 30th June, reception is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Check-in/check-out/important information
All guests staying in the camp must be registered.
Only registered persons are permitted to stay.
At check-in, guests are given wristbands to allow them to enter and move around the Radovljica Camp and Pool. These wristbands must always be visible.
Movement in the Radovljica Camp and Pool is only allowed with a valid wristband (wristband checks are implemented).
In the event of the loss of a wristband, a charge is made in according with the valid price list.
The penalty stated in the price list will be charged to unregistered persons at the Radovljica Camp and Pool.
The accommodation number, given to the Guest at check-in at the Radovljica Camp and Pool, must be displayed in a visible position on the tent, caravan or motorhome.
Check-in at the Radovljica Camp and Pool is from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, while check-out must be made by 12 noon.
For check-outs from the Radovljica Camp and Pool after 12 noon, an additional fee (1 additional day) is charged.
It is recommended that guests settle their invoice one day prior to departure, in order to avoid any potential queues.
The Radovljica Camp and Pool management is not responsible for the property of guests staying at the Radovljica Camp and Pool.
Should guests notice any irregularities or damage, they should report them immediately to the reception of the Radovljica Camp and Pool.
Visitors
Unregistered persons visiting family or friends who are guests of the Radovljica Camp and Pool must leave their vehicles in the car park outside of the premises and register their visit at reception by showing a valid identity document. Visitors will then receive a wristband to allow them to enter.
Visitors may only enter the camp by paying the price of a daily visit (according to the price list).
Daytime and night time
It is forbidden to disturb other guests while staying at the Radovljica Camp and Pool.
Night time hours at the Radovljica Camp and Pool are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
During nighttime hours, no vehicles – except emergency vehicles – are allowed to enter into, or drive in, the Radovljica Camp and Pool.
Making any noise (horns, singing, loud music) that disturbs other guests may result in the cancellation of a guest’s stay at the Radovljica Camp and Pool.
Cleanliness, space and order
Washing dishes and doing laundry are only permitted in the designated areas of the Radovljica Camp and Pool.
Laundry tokens can be purchased at reception.
After use, guests must ensure that sanitary facilities are left clean.
Guests must ensure that their pitch is clean and tidy at the time of the departure.
Making any unauthorised changes to the premises and the land of the Radovljica Camp and Pool is strictly prohibited, as is making any arbitrary changes or building or erecting any permanent structures.
The use of open fires is strictly prohibited at the Radovljica Camp and Pool.
Camp traffic
The maximum permitted speed within the campsite is 5 km/h.
When setting up camping equipment, guests must respect the size of the allocated space or pitch. Spreading out onto neighbouring pitches is prohibited.
In the event of a fire, guests must immediately dial 112 or call the campsite reception. Fire extinguishers are placed in visible locations. Guests are asked to evacuate in the event of danger and gather at the assembly point that is marked on the premises.
Final provisions
These General Terms and Conditions for purchase or on-line booking constitute a contract. By purchasing or making a booking, the Guest confirms they have been notified of these general terms and that they agree with them. No cash refunds are given. All prices stated include the VAT.
Any potential disagreements between the parties originating in, or being in any way related to, the booking shall be settled by mutual agreement. In the event that an agreement cannot be reached, the competent court for the Municipality shall decide on the outcome. If it is suspected that a Guest might break the rules in these General Terms and Conditions, the Municipality has the right to decline the Guest’s stay.
Validity of General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions come into effect from 1st October 2025.
